Proposed Meeting/Dialogue of Bayu Perdana's Resident's Committee with MBPJ Councillor & Member of Parliment Subang

A meeting between Bayu Perdana 2's Resident Committee and Mr. Kandeah a/l Subramaniam, MBPJ Councillor for Kota Damansara together with Member of Parliment of Subang YB Sivarasa will be held on 14 June 2012 (Thurs) evening at 8.15 pm at the vicinity of our Security Guard house to discuss some issues pertaining to the security of our housing area (provision of power & compound lighting of our security guard house) and essential services of MBPJ (frequency of garbage collection & upkeep/replacement of manhole covers on our municipal roads & frequency of grass cutting along the road shoulders).

Please be informed that any complaints with regard to MBPJ services such as frequency of garbage collection, grass cutting, loss of road manhole covers etc. can be reported directly & easily through MBPJ's website at the following website : http://eps.mbpj.gov.my/index.aspx 

All you need to do is to register yourself (free) on the website and file in your complaints directly which should be attended by MBPJ. If all the residents file in their complaints on a particular matter, it will require a faster response as receiving 10 nos. of complaints against 1  no. of complaint on the same matter will definitely warrant a faster response!
